I enjoyed getting to do a variety of things during my internship, from working directly with the musical artists to maintaining all artistic work legally up-to-date. Additionally, the supervising attorneys and the staff really made me feel part of the team during my short-term internship. Overall, it is a friendly environment, where one can really learn from those around. I would recommend this internship program to anyone interested in a career in the legal field.

Caserta & Spiriti was an excellent internship experience. While interning at Caserta & Spiriti I gained valuable knowledge and insight to the legal field. I also learned different aspects of the legal system. I learned getting the attention of opposing counsel, judges and even you’re client is difficult. Being an excellent lawyer is getting the job done despite the obstacles, and paperwork.

I have been an accounting/ administrative intern for Caserta & Spiriti Attorneys at Law for twelve weeks. It’s my honor to commend Mr. Spiriti how he interacts with employees and encourages teams’ success.

When I entered the internship, Joe provided me comprehensive guidance, helping me sharpen my communication, analytical, business skills, and gain essential work environment experience to work as a team member. Meanwhile, I was given the freedom and flexibility for creative solutions. During the internship, whenever I had problems, Joe encouraged and helped me to overcome the frustrations.

I am incredibly grateful to Joe providing me the opportunity to learn the business interaction between client and accountant for accounting purpose and apply the school’s knowledge to the workplace. I gained valuable experience that I still use today. I was able to understand the none glamour side to the industry. I was to work on a project from its inception until the end. I was involved in the business meetings, planning of the projects, and meeting with the clients on set. I was given feedback and constructive criticism on tasks. I appreciated that everyone would take the time to answer my questions or when correcting my work the person would explain why it was wrong and why it needed to get done a certain way. I was always treated with respect and as a professional.

The accounting internship at Caserta & Spiriti was highly educational for me. I came in with minimal knowledge about accounting let alone things like accounting software and document management systems, but came out with expertise in QuickBooks and Microsoft SharePoint. The administrative assistants that supervised me were always very helpful and ready to guide me through any unexpected problems. And the end of the internship, when I taught the next accounting intern, was useful for helping to reinforce what I learnt throughout the three month program. Overall, I would recommend other finance and accounting majors to go for this internship, it really teaches you a lot and is great if you lack prior accounting experience.

This internship was extremely helpful and educational, Joseph, Bob, and David (The bosses) were always incredibly kind and respectful but also humorous and fun to be around. The environment is very welcoming and professional but still light-hearted and fun when it counts. The longer I worked here the more experience I gained whether it was for my major, work experience for my professional and academic resume, or just life experience. And once their number is in your contacts its their for life.

Working at Caserta & Spiriti has helped teach me the qualities necessary to being the best that I can be going into future jobs. It had helped provide me with the work ethic needed throughout not only my professional life, but also within my academic career. I greatly appreciated my time working here and will continue to strive for excellence even beyond this internship.

My experience working for Caserta and Spiriti served me as my stepping stone to the next phase in my life. Thanks to the training Joe gave me, I was able to establish myself as a professional and put my foot in the door of the world of law. The internship program was excellent and the work I did was valuable. Also, all the lawyers at the firm are very respectful and polite. But the person that served as mentor the most to me was Joseph Spiriti, he is a true leader and he always makes sure I had everything I needed in order to feel comfortable and respected as an intern. Overall, I would recommend hiring Caserta and Spiriti as your lawyers or participate in their internship program if you are looking to gain valuable legal experience. I would definitely work for them as a lawyer when I graduate law school.

Caserta & Spiriti’s internship provided me with invaluable and practical knowledge that helped me get to where I am today. Besides teaching me about the law, government, and legal system, I also learned important skills about persistence, problem solving, organization, character, and working hard. The accounting internship I was given the opportunity to complete with Caserta & Spiriti put me in a position to learn valuable and fundamental accounting skills within the Legal Industry.
