Affordable Access to Experienced Legal Guidance
Caserta & Spiriti created the Affordable Legal Lift Program™ to help eligible Florida individuals and families gain access to experienced legal guidance at reduced rates.
Legal Support When Your Family Needs It Most
Through our Insurance Liaison, Attorney Robert Mellinger, our firm is working to make qualified legal services more accessible to Floridians who may need guidance with everyday legal issues, family concerns, financial disputes, housing matters, and unexpected legal challenges.
Many legal matters may be addressed early through an attorney consultation, a phone call, negotiation, or a properly prepared letter. The goal of the Affordable Legal Lift Program™ is to help eligible clients obtain practical legal assistance before small issues become larger problems.
Examples of Legal Needs That May Be Covered
- Reviewing a lease or rental agreement
- Assistance with product or service disputes
- Guidance when buying a home
- Legal questions involving divorce or family matters
- Issues involving child custody or parenting concerns
- Help when dealing with overwhelming debt
- Real estate or property-related questions
- General legal consultations for eligible clients
Capped Hourly Rates
Eligible clients may qualify for reduced hourly rates as low as $125.00 per hour, or, where appropriate, a discount of up to 40% off the firm’s usual and customary hourly rate.
Reduced Litigation Rates
If consultations, letters, negotiations, or calls do not resolve the matter, eligible clients may still receive reduced-rate assistance if litigation becomes necessary.
Contingency Fee Discounts
In certain qualifying matters, such as personal injury or collections, Caserta & Spiriti may consider contingency fee arrangements or reduced contingency percentages where permitted and appropriate.
Contingency Fee Matters
Caserta & Spiriti may handle certain cases on a contingency fee basis, including select personal injury and collection matters. A contingency fee is typically calculated as a percentage of the amount collected, recovered, or awarded.
In qualifying collection matters, the firm may accept a reduced contingency fee, such as 20% if the case is resolved before formal court proceedings begin, or 25% after proceedings begin, subject to the facts of the case, applicable law, and a written fee agreement.
Legal Areas Included
Caserta & Spiriti provides legal services in many areas of Florida law. Because attorney availability and legal needs vary, please contact our office to confirm whether the firm has an attorney available to assist with your specific matter.

An exceptional team. I contacted Caserta & Spiriti with an issue that would require representation. They provided a reasonable retainer and then took a very active role in contacting and negotiating a settlement that fit my desired end state.
Vivian Gonzalez was great in following up, especially when it was challenging to contact me because of my schedule. The legal team seemed to be accessible when I needed them and the experience has made me a lifelong client.
This firm was well versed in the type of representation we needed. They were also fairly priced. We ultimately had a successful outcome. We hope not needing them again, however if we do we will be sure to hire them again.
I had a great experience with Caserta & Spiriti. They helped negotiate my settlement quickly and made the entire process smooth and stress-free. Everyone at the firm was so helpful, professional, and always willing to answer my questions.
They kept me informed every step of the way and truly cared about helping me get the best outcome. I highly recommend Caserta & Spiriti to anyone looking for a law firm that is efficient, supportive, and gets results.
