Joshua L. Fisher, Esq.
Of Counsel Criminal law attorney, Joshua Fisher, graduated from FAU with a BA in Philosophy, then got his law degree (JD) from Nova Southeastern University in December, 1997. He was admitted to the Florida Bar in 1998, and then to the Southern and Middle Districts of the U.S. Federal Criminal Court. Not only does Mr. Fisher have experience in as a Criminal Defense attorney in Florida Federal and State Criminal Courts, but he also admitted to file and argue criminal appeals in Florida’s 11th Circuit Court of Appeals.
His strengths as a lawyer revolve around his patient and understanding nature, his availability to his criminal clients, as well as his vast legal knowledge and experience as an aggressive, well-respected criminal defense lawyer, having tried and negotiated beneficial resolutions of several well-known cases and having tried’ serious criminal jury trials in Broward County Criminal Court and Miami Dade Co. Criminal Court, as well as other State and Federal Criminal Courts in Florida.
Josh Fisher is a long-standing member of Florida Association of Criminal Defense Lawyers (FACDL) and the National Association of Criminal Defense Lawyers (NACDL).
