Of Counsel Attorney, Stephany S. Garcia represents clients in immigration, with specialized experience in family and employment-based matters. Ms. Garcia focuses on U.S. Immigration and Nationality Law and international migration matters.
Ms. Garcia focuses on U.S. Immigration and Nationality Law and international migration matters. Ms. Garcia assists international immigrant investors, employers and employees with business and professional visas, labor certifications, immigrant visas, consular representation, and citizenship matters. Ms. Garcia has also represented clients before the Immigration Courts in Miami and Broward County.
Compliance Procedures
As part of her immigration specialization, Ms. Garcia advises employers on compliance procedures in verifying the work eligibility of all new employees as required under the I-9 employer sanctions provisions of the Federal Law. Her clients include multinational corporations seeking L-1 visa classification, individual E-2 and EB-5 investors and entrepreneurs, as well as families, individual immigrants and asylum seekers. Ms. Garcia’s aim is to maintain her clients informed of any recent law and/or procedure changes that could provide them avenues for remaining in the U.S., such as the Unlawful Presence Stateside Waiver and Deferred Action for Children Arrivals.
Family Law
In addition, Ms. Garcia represents clients in family law, handling a wide range of divorce, timesharing, child support, and other family law cases that require compassionate and experience guidance. These matters include but not limited to divorce, paternity, time-sharing and child support. Her work allows families to achieve the best solutions, no matter how routine or complex the circumstances.
