David also acts as an independent consultant for private corporations on general business matters such as development and regulation.
Shortly thereafter, in fulfillment of his childhood wishes, David had an opportunity to attend law school. Married with two kids, in 2000 he earned his Juris Doctor from Nova Southeastern University. He has since used his law degree to even further aid his clients on general business matters. As founder of Caserta & Spiriti, he engages in contract negotiations, leases and purchase agreements, and personal services.
